We all work hard.
Many of us work long hours at a computer – and even if not – many of keep our bodies in one position most of the day. And we all know the feeling, the tightness, that creeps up into our upper back.
We may start to feel a consistent sense of discomfort.

As someone who works at a computer, I completely get it. My upper back and shoulders are tight far too regularly (hey, we’re all human over here).
That doesn’t mean I can’t find ways to release tension though. If you’re sitting in the same boat as I am, allow yourself this space to solely focus on you and your body.
