It’s where you’ll find how to balance your life through fresh air and pigeon pose. Where you can feel alive, even if you work 8-5, can’t touch your head with your toes, drink wine and run a 12-minute mile.

The best part is that this is all completely online so you don’t have to worry about making it to a gym, a studio or not have the ‘right’ equipment. It’s about making this all accessible to everyone, at any skill-level, and for whatever time you have.
The point is that we’ve got one life and I’m here to help you live it fully through the mountains and yoga.

Who am I?
I’m a Montana-native, travel junkie, yoga lover and am OBSESSED with being outside, regardless of the season (I actually prefer winter!). My favs include trail running and races, skiing, mountain biking, paddle boarding and hiking tall mountains.
Whatever I can do to get outside and breath fresh air will do, just as long as I have my perma-puppy, Suvi, by my side. *Disclaimer: Suvi may photo-bomb here and there, I’m not sorry. #crazydoglady
BUT I’m not your crazy-bendy yogi. Not your most badass skier. And not your fastest runner. I’m just someone who feels utterly inspired to be outside and to feel balanced. Because everyone deserves to love the outdoors and to be the best versions of themselves.
