We’re trying something brand new today – meditation.
I know. If you’re anything like me, mediation has felt a bit like a strange woo-woo thing those ‘ultra yogis’ do. Something that you’re not spiritual enough to do.
I felt like this for so long, so trust me when I say that I totally get it.

Meditation doesn’t have to be complicated or woo-woo. It can serve as a simple way to check in with yourself and give yourself a break from the busy-ness of our day.
Which is what we’re doing today. We’re taking 6-minutes to reset with the most simple guided meditation video. You’ll just need a comfortable spot to sit, yogi or non-yogi style.
