Hey, power yogis! If you dug my last HIIT yoga flow, then you’re sure to love this one. This one is a true power yoga flow and you’re bound to get your sweat on.
We have plenty of time to warm up in this flow, but if you’d like something more, I’d recommend doing this flow before jumping into this one.
