You know those days where you’re just STUCK? Not just physically, but mentally as well?
Of course you do, because we all have days like that. Our energy is off because we simply need to move.
Don’t worry, friends – we’re here to get un-stuck with this 20-minute yoga flow for a good stretch.
One big thing going into this class though…
Focus on feeling good.
No focusing on how “bendy” you can get. Not seeing just how far you can go. If things start feeling like shit, then back off. Notice that and honor it.
You have nothing to prove.
Just feeling good. Always come back to that. Let this class serve as the means to tuning back into the body. Focus on how each movement feels and stay connected to the breath – focus on your deep breathing. Fully inhale and completely exhale with each breath.
If you need to go deeper, then go deeper. If not, then simply DON’T.

Many of us go about our days not moving in directions of just trying to feel good. And not just for our bodies, but our all aspects of our life – work, relationships, food. It’s easy to do what is told is “right”.
But if we start moving from that need to simply feel good, we start getting better results in our lives (not to be confused with NOT doing things that are uncomfortable :)). We start inviting things in that – you guessed it – feel good for us!
Remember that you’ll never NOT be uncomfortable again. That’s largely the point of life, right? But by starting to tune into those things that feel good, we’ll see our lives brightening up a bit – and it can start by simply giving our bodies what they need.
