20-Minute Yoga Sculpt

Hello, hello yogi! Can you believe we’re about to enter 2019?!

I’m sure as you’ve seen, everyone’s feeling #allthefeels and getting ready to welcome the new year with a bang. I love this time of year to simply reflect on everything the previous year brought – good and bad. Each year bring’s it’s own bit of special to our lives.

Like most of us during this time of year, you’re likely (maybe overwhelmingly) full of plans with family and friends – enjoy it. If you’re needing a quick reset to get your heart rate up and muscles working, then today’s flow is just for you.

Yoga sculpt is a fun blend of circuit training, HIIT and of course yoga. While most yoga sculpt classes in a studio are at least an hour-long, I’ve found 20-minutes to be just the ticket to get my energy moving again.

These kinds of flows are a fantastic way to spice up your regular yoga practice by adding in exercises that specifically increase the heart-rate and reeeeeally work the muscles.

Take some time out for you. Get into the breath and the body.
