Hello to all of you that want more open hamstrings (which, I believe is about everybody).
I get wanting looser hamstrings. Maybe the floor just seems sooo far away for you. I get it. Even as a yoga teacher, I don’t consider myself the ‘bendy’ type. And guess what? That is totally fine.
Because no one, absolutely nobody, physically ‘needs’ to do the splits.
*If you’re someone that can do the splits, that is also TOTALLY FINE.*
